With the holidays right around the corner, the Red Smith PTO is excited to offer a Renard’s Cheese Sale! These holiday favorites make wonderful gifts for family and friends.
Original Favorites & Flavor-Infused Cheeses
Medium Cheddar | $8
Aged four to ten months. Firm, easily sliced for sandwiches or served on a snack tray.
2 Year White Cheddar | $10
Our best selling aged cheddar. This signature two year white cheddar is made in 38 pound wheels and waxed. It is then set aside and aged slowly and naturally for 2 years. A sharp yet smooth flavor.
Olive Cheddar | $10
Green & Black Olives and Pimentos blended with a mild white cheddar cheese. One of our most popular flavors!
Door County Cherry Cheddar | $10
A traditional cheddar infused with cherries grown in Door County. Sharp nutty cheddar with a sweet back drop of a real Door County Cherries.
Morel & Leek Jack | $10
Semi-soft Monterey Jack blended with Morel mushrooms and sweet savory Leek. A creamy unique blend.
Cloverleaf Reserve | $12
A delectably tantalizing blend of Renard's Award-Winning Bandaged Style White Cheddar with Alpine Style Gruyere. Aged to perfection, inviting a sharp savory flavor that follows with delicate caramel nutty notes. Perfect addition to an elegant charcuterie board. Pairs well with Merlot wines.
Balsamic Caramelized Onion Cheddar | $12
The rich smooth, full-flavor of a Traditional Bandaged Style Cheddar Cheese enhanced with savory, sweet wholesome notes. The inspirational bland has a nutty sharp flavor of Parmesan.
Farmers with Pesto | $10
A mild creamy cheese with a full pesto flavor! Its hard to believe this cheese is reduced fat! Great on grilled cheese sandwiches or your favorite Italian dish.
String Cheese | $9
